CODING COMBAT WINNERS
The Department of B.Tech First year (Group A) successfully organized a coding competition called “ Coding Combat “ based on C Programming for Group A students on 21.2.2023. There were 140 registrations out of which 80 shortlisted candidates competed with each other. The event was conducted in parallel computer labs and evaluated on Hackerank. The winners were awarded certificates and attractive prizes.

BRONZE MEDAL IN THE 36TH NATIONAL GAMES
Rachit Kumar Shailya, student of B.Tech First Year (GNIOT, Greater Noida) has clinched the bronze medal in the 36th National Games which was held in Gandhi Nagar , Gujarat from 1st October to 5th October 2022. Rachit is an International level squash player and has represented India in many International tours. Recently the Chief Minister of UP honorable Mr. Yogi Aditya Nath has awarded him for winning the medal for his State and Country. This Award Function was held at Lucknow on 26th Jan 2023. In the ceremony the CM , Rajyapal , the Sports Minister of UP and many more known dignitaries were present . We hope that Rachit will continue making his Parents, College, State and Country proud. We at GNIOT will render our full and all possible support to him and we wish him luck for his future.
