Students can take value-added courses to help them better prepare for industry demands while also developing their interests and aptitudes. The College offers value-added courses to students so as to enhance all areas of interest and relevance in a student's life. Value-added courses expose students to the most recent technological breakthroughs, allow them to acquire inter-disciplinary skills, and equip them with talents that shape the profile of a global citizen. GNIOT MBA Institute is conducting a 10 Days and 30 Hours Value Added LifeSkill Programme  for all its students of MBA and IMBA course. The programme Barclays LifeSkill Programme is being organized  as per the Memorandum of Understanding signed between GNIOT MBA Institute and GTT foundation. The programme will commence from January 24th to February 3rd ,2022. LifeSkills created with Barclays, a British  Multinational Bank is aimed to inspire young people to be acquainted with skills they need to acquire to excel in this competitive world.
Under Barcklays Value Added LifeSkill Programme the aim is to transform students into industry ready professionals. Workshops will be conducted on broad areas of Corporate Readiness, Self Awareness, Interview Skills, Group Discussions and Mock Interviews etc. to name a few.
