Organ Donation Awareness Camp

We at Greater Noida Institute of Professional Studies (GIPS) – GNIOT are organizing “Organ Donation Awareness Camp in Association with All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)” on 11th April, 2022 from 11.15 am to 01.00 pm in the Seminar Hall, GNIOT. One person’s decision to donate his organs after his death could save upto 8 lives (8 organs can be harvested from a brain dead person and transplanted in 8 different people). But the lack of awareness, various myths, and an absence of a national registry had led to the dismal number of people signing up for Organ Donation. We would also like to ask you to encourage faculty members, staff members and students to attend this Organ Donation Awareness Camp and encourage to pledge for this noble and humanitarian cause.
