Workshop on 'HR Analytics & Metrics Professional '

Under the banner of Performance Improvement Program (PIP),  a workshop on ' HR Analytics & Metrics Professional ' was conducted for PGDM Ist year students with HR Specialization on 24th April'21.
 Key Takeaways of the session were: 
*Understanding of the process of creating and using HR analytics
*Support and design HR metrics and HR strategy Maps for strategic outcomes
*Learn the concept of dashboards and Score cards
*Use metrics and quantify key outcomes in recruitment, L&D, Compensation and performance management.
The workshop intended to develop skill set that would  empower future leaders to take better Decisions  and become Agile HR Managers.
The Resource person for the workshop was Dr. Ruchi Rayat , Dean (OSW) & Area Chair- Human Resources, GIMS, Greater Noida.
