On the second day of the student orientation program, the BBA Department organized an engaging afternoon workshop on the essential topic, "Importance of Communication in Sales." The session was led by two industry experts: Mr. Anurag Chaturvedi, Product Incharge at Usha International Ltd., and Mr. Vivek Srivastava, Zonal Sales Manager at Integrate Health Pvt. Ltd.
During the workshop, the speakers emphasized the crucial role of communication skills in driving sales success across organizations. They highlighted that strong communication and negotiation abilities are key to building lasting customer relationships and creating value for clients. In today’s competitive business environment, they stressed, that effective communication is what sets brands apart and fosters a positive image.
The session was highly interactive, with both experts sharing real-life examples, sparking active participation and engagement from the newly admitted BBA students.
