Self-Analysis directs to a better Understanding of Self ; Understanding of Self leads to Improvement; Continuous Improvement leads to Growth The One-Day Workshop Aatm-Vishleshan based on the theme Self Analysis : Know Psyche and Personality Styles_, organized by CCD- The Centre for Career Development, GIMS Greater Noida, and conducted by Dr. Shalini Sharma paved a way to a better Understanding of Self for these young managers.  The workshop focused on the psychometric tool – The Big Five Inventory for the personality analysis of the participants. Enthused to know about themselves, the participants discussed their personality styles and the way forward to the apt career choices.
