The HR Club of GIPS organized a Personal Effectiveness Workshop.

The objective of the event was to enable students to recognize their strengths, identify areas for improvement, and enhance their overall effectiveness.

 The resource person emphasized the importance of understanding one’s abilities, which allows students to perform at their best, communicate effectively, and stay motivated to achieve their goals.

The workshop also offered a valuable opportunity for students to interact & gain insights, and take a step toward becoming more capable and accomplished individuals. Attendees engaged in discussions, case studies, and a Q&A session, making it a highly interactive and enriching experience.
