Under the visionary leadership of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Savita Mohan, GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies hosted an SDP  by Mr. Keshav Jha, Co-Founder & CTO of Bharat AI Innovation Pvt Ltd and Founder & CEO of KBCD Tech Solution Pvt Ltd.
In his inspiring session, Mr. Jha highlighted the importance of cultivating a *positive self-image, effective communication, ownership, and integrity as foundational pillars for success. He encouraged B.Com students to go beyond academics, emphasizing the need to develop adaptability, problem-solving skills, and strong networks.

Mr. Jha also urged students to explore the world of startups , underlining innovation, resilience, and risk-taking as key elements for thriving in the entrepreneurial landscape.
