"Retaining your best employees is a key aspect of ensuring ongoing market success."     
Under the banner of "Employability Skills Enhancement Program(ESEP)" ,a workshop on "How to develop Magnet Culture for Millennials" was conducted on October 12, 2022 for the PGDM Batch 22-24  to sensitize students about what managers need to do all they can to manage their employees in a way that helps them retain their best people.        
Key learning outcomes of the workshop were:
1. How to use job analysis and design to ensure that the requirements for a role are clearly defined and appropriate to the needs of the business
2. Define the key attraction and retention strategies for multigenerational organisations
3. Use interviewing methods to get the best out of the selection process
4.Understand the real cost of turnover and the impact of motivators in the workforce.
