Project Presentation Competition for students

A PowerPoint presentation is not only a collection of information, pictures & graphs on slides but is also a tool to showcase our technical knowledge & experimental findings in unique & understandable ways.

Keeping this thought in mind, the Department of Civil Engineering organised a Project Presentation Competition for students of final year on 07th & 09th Nov 2022 (completed on 12th Nov 2022), whereby students presented their group projects, related theories, literature reviews, feasibility & methodology that they aim to adopt to get the desired results.

12 groups presented their work, out of which 2 groups showcased outstanding work. Project titled "GIS Mapping of Sewage Area in India & a Sustainable Design of Sewage Disposal System" (Sachin Kumar, Manish Kumar, Shahwez Saifi, Mohd. Samad) won the first prize & the second prize was awarded to the project titled "Effect of replacement of fine aggregate to recycled fine aggregate & copper slag in luminous concrete" (Ashutosh Kumar, Aareez Naseem, Abhay Kumar & Akhilesh Kumar).

The presentation competition intended to bring forth not only the technical knowledge & practical learning of the students but also to boost their confidence & presentation skills.
