Department of Computer Science and Engineering in collaboration with GNIOT Tech Club organised a presentation ceremony on 23/10/2021 for the events Mini Hackathon and Peer Training on Java, to felicitate and motivate young engineers. Event was inaugurated by Director Dr. Dheeraj Gupta, HOD CSE and Tech Club Coordinator Dr. Rajdev Tiwari and Chief Guest Ms. Anshu Bansal. Dr Rajdev Tiwari coordinator Tech Club gave the welcome address and provided the brief introduction of the events held and their outcomes. Dr Dheeraj Gupta, Director, GNIOT motivated students to inculcate a culture of product innovation and mindset of problem-solving. Chief Guest of the event Ms. Anshu Bansal is currently working in the capacity of Portfolio/Project Manager, HCL, United Kingdom. She has a vast experience of 22 years in IT industry across various domains such as telecom order management, finance and banking, workforce biometric etc. She praised the initiative of providing students this kind of platform which promotes interest, innovation and ethics among peer students. She emphasised on identifying the goal and taking the first step towards it. Next, prizes and certificates were distributed to the winners, participants and organisers of events. Programme concluded on a high note with vote of thanks.
