Power of Values in SDP Session

GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies recently organized a SDP under the leadership of Dr. Savita Mohan, Principal of GIPS. The program featured a thought-provoking expert lecture by Ms. Roli Singh, a Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness Coach.

Ms. Singh's insightful session explored how values play a crucial role in shaping our identity, relationships, and contributions to society. She emphasized the importance of core values like empathy, compassion, and kindness in personal growth and how these values help define one's purpose in life.
Aimed primarily at the newly joined B.Com students, the session provided practical strategies for cultivating these values, encouraging students to reflect on their development and its impact on the wider community. The focus was on the powerful role values play in shaping both individual behavior and life outcomes.
