Under the banner of "Employability Skills Enhancement Program (ESEP)", a session on "Potential of Information Technology in Business Domains" was conducted on October 19, 2022 for the PGDM Batch 22-24 to familiarize the students with the potential of Information Technology in business domains. IT in business domains, is not only limited to the area of process improvement, but also adds value in the area of customer service, human resources, marketing, supply chain management and all other domains of business operation. Information technology has the potential to revolutionize the way businesses operate.

Key learning outcomes of the session were:
