Poster Competition on Gender Equality

The Poster Competition on Gender Equality held on November 7, 2023, was a remarkable event organized by the GNIX Tech Club, ECE Department at GNIOT College. The competition aimed to raise awareness and promote discussions on gender equality, a critical issue in today's society. 
Dr. Dhiraj Gupta, Director of GNIOT Institute, and Dr. Mukesh Ojha , Head of the ECE Department extended their wholehearted support to the event, emphasizing the importance of promoting gender equality and creating a conducive environment for such initiatives.
The event received enthusiastic student participation, showcasing their creativity and commitment to the cause. The competition was held in the presence of esteemed judges, Dr. Jai Shankar Prasad, Head of the AIML Department, and Dr. Uma Tomar from the IT Department. Their expertise and impartial judgment added great value to the event.
The event coordinators, Dr. Anil Dubey and Dr. Monika Dixit worked tirelessly to ensure the competition's smooth execution. Their dedication and meticulous planning were evident throughout the event.
The poster competition saw a diverse range of entries, each depicting unique perspectives on gender equality. The participants expressed their thoughts and ideas through powerful visuals and thought-provoking messages.

Winners : The competition saw intense competition, but ultimately, three outstanding posters were recognized:
1.     First Place: Pranati-EC 2nd Year, 
2.     Second Place: Paras Sharma-EC 3rd Year, Jyoti Maurya-EC 3rd Year, Diya-EC 3rd Year, Saurabh Saha- EC 3rd Year 
3.     Third Place: Chanchal Bhardwaj-EC 2nd Year

 The winners were awarded certificates and prizes as tokens of appreciation for their exceptional work.
The Poster Competition on Gender Equality not only encouraged creative expression but also fostered meaningful conversations on the pressing issue of gender equality. The event was a testament to the commitment of GNIOT College and its dedicated staff in promoting social awareness and inclusivity.
