Department of Computer Science & Engineering, under the banner Institute Alumni Cell, organized the webinar on 7th November, 2020. Mr. Himanshu Verma, Assistant Manager (HR)-KPMG and Alumnus of GNIOT, Greater Noida (2011 pass out student of the Department of CSE) will deliver a talk on above topic. He talked about the current job scenario after COVID-19 and possibilities of startups. After deliver his talk, he interact with the students and nicely answers the queries of the students. It was a nice interaction enjoyed by all the students.
He shared with the students that, with the ongoing Corona virus outbreak, the Indian labor market hit all sectors, and the start-ups are the worst hit. Many companies have laid-off employees. 
Experts advise workers with occupational safety to adapt to change, and those who have lost jobs to take advantage of the opportunity to start their own startups. Don’t lose heart when things look terrible now, but explore your options and find a way to improve your prospects.
He encourages students for their startups and answers their queries with patience and satisfied students with his answers.
