Orientation Programme for the Even Semester students of both MBA and IMBA

Today (17th April’ 2023) GNIOT MBA INSTITUTE had organized an Orientation Programme for the Even Semester students of both MBA and IMBA. This session was planned to familiarise the students with information regarding the current semester. Further, the session also intended to boost an attitude of learning and growing. The event was graced by Honourable Director Sir -Prof (Dr) Anshul Sharma; Dean of Academics: Prof. Pankaj Sinha; Dean of Student Welfare: Dr Rajkumar; Head of the Department: Dr Rajkamal Upadhyay; Incharge of IMBA Program: Prof. Praveen Rajpal; Faculty Members and students of GNIOT MBA INSTITUTE.

The session began with brief session taken by the keynote members, who discussed in length on the various facets of the semester program. Taking the lead, the Director Sir addressed the students and discussed the importance of Self- Discipline, Self- Motivation, and Self- Learning. He also talked about the 360° development of students, involving interactive pedagogies. The students were motivated for taking initiatives in life for a successful career and growth. Further the students were also informed about their mentors, subject teachers and other co-scholastic activities, like social clubs, certification courses, etc.

It was a very insightful event that widened the horizon and knowledge of participants in this multi-dimensional arena.
