Organized The HR Roleplay Event

The HR Club of the GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies, known as 'समन्वय - A Synergy,' recently organized the HR Roleplay event. This event was designed to enhance students' verbal and non-verbal communication skills, crucial for expressing ideas clearly and confidently articulating thoughts.
Students participated in teams based on their respective courses. 
Team A (BBA theme: Recruitment process and Gender Bias) secured the 1st position, followed by

 Team B (BCA theme: Fake interview calls) and Team C (B.Com theme: Unprofessional code of conduct at the workplace).
The event primarily focused on boosting students' confidence and providing them with scenarios mirroring real career situations. Participants were encouraged to master key aspects such as handling real-life situations, exploring, investigating, experimenting, and promoting creativity.
Ultimately, the event offered students invaluable real-world experience, empowering them to shape their personalities and carve out their paths.
