The UBA Club of GIPS held a successful "No Plastic Use" awareness campaign at the primary school in Imalyaka Village. This impactful event brought together dedicated students from the B.Com and BCA programs, who actively engaged with the community in promoting sustainable practices .
The campaign focused on educating young minds and villagers about the environmental hazards of plastic use, to promote sustainable habits from an early age. Enthusiastic volunteers made the sessions both informative and accessible, helping attendees understand the importance of reducing plastic use in daily life.
Primary school students and village residents also participated in a hands-on poster-making activity advocating for a "No Plastic" lifestyle. The energy and creativity of the children underscored the importance of nurturing environmental consciousness among the younger generation. This initiative not only served as an educational effort but also marked a meaningful step toward building a cleaner, healthier community.
We eagerly anticipate further initiatives to promote sustainable living across our surrounding communities.
