This session aims to guide students in harnessing the power of their conscious minds, helping them better understand themselves, gain control over their mind and body, and tap into higher levels of intelligence. 

Organized by the Meditation and Wellness Club at GIPS, the session focuses on the mind-body connection, providing valuable insights. The event serves as a global platform to raise awareness of yoga's benefits, which are vital in combating stress and improving mental health among students.

 Participants shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, expressing gratitude for learning practical techniques to reduce stress and enhance emotional resilience, while also highlighting the transformative impact of yoga on their lives.
