Groundbreaking partnership between B.Tech 1st Year

We’re thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership between B.Tech 1st Year, the Department of Civil Engineering at GNIOT (Engg. Institute), Greater Noida, and TRAX S. (National Road Safety NGO), New Delhi! On 29th July 2024, we officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), setting the stage for a transformative journey in road safety.

This MOU is more than just a document—it’s a pledge to work together towards making our roads safer. Here’s what we’re aiming to achieve:

Promoting Road Safety: We’re dedicated to reducing road traffic crashes, focusing on two-wheeler riders and pillions, and supporting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3.6 and 1.2) to halve global deaths and ensure safe, accessible transport for all.

Empowering Our Youth: Our students will become Road Safety Brand Ambassadors, receiving specialized training and engaging in activities that make a real difference on the ground.
