GNIOT- MBA Institute conducted its third day of four days long Orientation Programme "ARABHDA 2021" for its first newly admitted students of MBA & MBA -Integrated Programme. The programme started with Lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries present in the orientation programme. Post lighting of the lamp welcome address was given by Prof.. Taru Maheshwari. She greeted the student’s and shared with them words of wisdom on importance of values in life. Today the college had organised a workshop on "Nuero Linguistic Programming", (NLP) by the a leading NLP practitioner of the country Mr. Neeraj Srivastava (Director, Glow Rise Professional Services Pvt. Ltd ). As we all know due to ever increasing competition the students now witness stress, anxiety, fear, low self-confidence etc. which may lead to physical, mental and emotional issues. The resource person emphasised the importance of NLP for students to manage aforementioned problems in an effective and efficient manner. Sir emphasised on working cautiously on unconscious mind in a conscious manner by focussing on the though process. It was an interactive session wherein many experiential and many psychological exercises were conducted to train the mind towards positivity and elimination of fear. Many tips to manage mind and thought were also shared by the resource person in an efficient understandable manner. Vote of thanks was extended by Prof S.S. Gupta Assistant Professor in MBA Institute. Overall the session was very informative and having practical applicability to lead a stress free life.
