Meditation is a simple technique to reduce stress, anxiety and fear. It is the relaxation of body, mind and soul along with proven benefits in Cardiovascular diseases, Blood Pressure management and a ton of other benefits. So as in the words of Buddha...lets not dwell in the past, neither dream of the future, and let's concentrate the mind on the present moment. Keeping the benefits of meditation in mind GNIOT Tech Club organized 'Meditation for youth' on 11th October 2021. Around 50 selected students took part in it. The program was organized in association with PYMA.
