Gandhi Smriti Visit by Prayas

The Social Club Prayas at GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies organized a visit to Gandhi Smriti, aiming to immerse students in the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi. This educational outing focused on Gandhi's life, principles, and mission. The students were guided through Gandhi Smriti by knowledgeable guides, who highlighted the importance of various displays, including sculptures, frescoes, rock inscriptions, and artifacts, all of which shed light on Gandhi's years spent there. A poignant moment for the students was their visit to the martyr's column, marking the exact location where the Father of the Nation was tragically assassinated. The day also included a documentary showcasing Gandhi's life, offering a deeper insight into his philosophies.
