Five-Day Orientation Program with Industry Leaders

GNIOT MBA Institute inaugurated the five-day Orientation Program 'Empezar-2024' for newly admitted MBA and Integrated MBA students at Knowledge Park-2. The program was inaugurated by the Chairman of the institute, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Vice Chairman Mr. Gaurav Gupta, CEO of GIMS Mr. Swadesh Kumar Singh, and Director Prof. Dr. Anshul Sharma by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
The event began with Prof. Dr. Anshul Sharma , the Director of the institute, extending a warm welcome to all the guests and new students. He inspired the students by citing the autobiographies of prominent figures like Indra Nooyi and Elon Musk, encouraging them to draw inspiration from such personalities and strive for success.
Chairman Dr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta expressed his gratitude to everyone and wished the students a bright future with his best wishes.
During the program, an interactive session was organized for the new students with industry experts Mr. Neeraj Narang (Director - Global HCM Strategy, Oracle) and Ms. Himani Bhasin (Director - Learning and Development, APAC, JLL) . The experts shared in-depth knowledge about the current business environment, emerging challenges, and market dynamics. They motivated the students to ignite their young minds and develop an entrepreneurial spirit, urging them to integrate five key skills: communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Shashish Kumar Tiwari (Motivational Speaker) , infused enthusiasm among the students through his address. He emphasized the importance of always respecting teachers and continually learning. He also advised students to be so engrossed in their progress that they have no time to rest and to work diligently and honestly while maintaining faith in God.
The event was graced by the presence of directors & Heads from other departments, including Dr. Dheeraj Gupta, Dr. Savita Mohan, Dr. Bhupendra Som, Mr. Nitin Mehra, Mr. S.D. Nautiyal, Dean Academics Dr. Pankaj Sinha, HOD Dr. Raj Kumar & Dr. Sushil Kr.Maurya and all the faculty members.
