Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering of GNIOT in association with GNIX Tech Club successfully organized One-day workshop on “Antenna Design” on 18/11/2022 for B.Tech 3rd year students of Electronics & Communication Engineering. Workshop Session started with the fundamental of Antennas and its application in different fields- Satellite, Mobile, Radio, TV, Radars etc. Students get awareness of the value and importance of effective and efficient communication by the different types of antennas- Wire antenna, Helical antenn, Horn antenna, Loop antenna, Patch antenna and Antenna Arrays. Students get hands on session to design Yagi-uda Antenna at the operating frequency of 2100 MHz to 2500 MHz. Participant self tested their designed Antennas on test bench.

The Entire session was very interactive and knowledgeable for the entire participant. The whole session was coordinated by Dr. Anil Kumar Dubey and Mr. Abhishek Kaushik. Few glimpses of the eventevent
