As per the indicative list of themes and activities given by AICTE-“Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM), GNIOT MBA INSTITUTE organized a panel discussion on “Indigenous Knowledge System” today (22.11.2022). The session was organized for 2nd year MBA students. The students who participated were Nitish Ranjan, Shubham Maurya, Gupta Satyam, and Vishal kumar singh and more than 60 students attended this panel discussion. Students presented a PPT on Indigenous Knowledge System to Manage Agriculture in India, this was submitted to Ministry of Education, Government of India.

The objective of this topic was to

(1) Collection of Proverbs & Categorization Visit the Assigned Project Site and ask about the applicability of Proverbs from 50 Farmers in Modern Era.

(2) Showcase the traditional knowledge and how this knowledge has been preserved and used & it will open the door for more scientific investigation and the translation of all the gathered proverbs. Director MBA Institute Prof. (Dr.) D.B Singh had joined this panel discussion and concluded the session with his words of wisdom. The moderator for this panel discussion was Dr. Arunima – Assistant Professor MBA Institute.
