GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies recently organized a Student Development Program under the guidance of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Savita Mohan. We were privileged to host Prof. Vikram Sharma, Associate Dean and Area Coordinator of Marketing Management at ICFAI Business School, for a thought-provoking session on Corporate Expectations: From Campus to Cubicle.
Prof. Sharma's insightful talk encouraged students to understand that corporate success lies in the ability to continuously learn, unlearn, and evolve in the face of new challenges. He emphasized the importance of recognizing industry expectations, understanding societal paradigms , team building, management levels, communication, adaptability to change, and flexibility in the corporate world.
The session was incredibly informative for our new B.Com students, helping them prepare for the challenges and opportunities awaiting them in their professional journey.
