An interview is the most vital step in a hiring process where hiring managers want to see whether you can help the company and its employees thrive. Therefore, a good interview that leaves a good impression on the interviewer increases your chances of getting hired.

The interview is the first and foremost barrier a management student has to overcome when it comes to getting hired into a management position. Impressing the interviewer is not easy. But taking the time to prepare for the interview enables you to improve your confidence and as well as your chances of getting hired.

To discuss the same, a workshop on " Interview Skills to Get Hired " is being organized for the PGDM Batch 2021-23. The workshop will provide an opportunity to help management students prepare for interviews beforehand and improve their chances of getting hired into their desired job roles.
