She is a corporate trainer and specialist in Behavioural Modeling, Business Communication and Training & Development. Ms. Alakananda is also working as a corporate trainer. She is having expertise in decipher requirements into trainings to groom trainees for the next step of career path. She is skilled in measurement metrics for measuring the personality and performance of the trainees. She conducted various training sessions on soft skills topics and deployed a wide variety of training methods.
