Motivation to Succeed

Motivation is the desire that awakens in our mind, without getting tired to achieve any goal in our life. It is an important and crucial element in setting and attaining our objectives in our lives. Motivation is one of the steer forces behind human conduct. It fuels conflict and sparks societal relations. Its skiving can lead to psychiatric such as depression. Motivation enclosed the desire to continue endeavor toward connotation, impetus, and a life worth living. Achieving a goal is an operation. And all of the elements of that process deserve heed to ensure success, from setting the objective, overcoming obstacles, sustaining momentum until the project is out and out.

Individuals are motivated by external incentives such as the motivation to work for recompense, internal amusement, and the motivation to create artwork in one’s extra time. Fount of motivation includes curiosity, validation of one’s identity and beliefs, creating a positive self-image, and the desire to avoid potential losses. Setting a plan for yourself seems simple, but it puts your decision-making on autopilot by giving your goals a time and a place to live. You need to follow your dreams without thinking of your level of motivation. We should not wait for motivation to strike you and set a schedule for you. This is the basic difference between professionals and laymen. Experts set a schedule, try to work accordingly, and stick to it. In this way, they are able to achieve their aim. Laymen wait until and unless they feel inspired or motivated to do something.

Human beings love challenges but only if they are within their optimal zone of difficulty. Assignments that are significantly below your current abilities are monotonous. Tasks that are significantly beyond your current abilities are disheartening. But tasks that are right on the borderline of success and failure are incredibly prompt to our human intellect. An individual wants nothing more than to master a skill just beyond his current perspective. We can call this occurrence “The Goldilocks Rule”. The Goldilocks Rule ascertains that human encounter peak motivation when working on tasks that are right on the edge of their current capabilities. Not so hard, not so easy.

When we are working on tasks that adhere to the Goldilocks Rule is one of the keys to maintaining extended motivation. If you think that you are not feeling motivated for a particular assignment, it is often because it has drifted into an area of weariness or been shoved into an area of considerable difficulty. At this point in time, you need to find a way to pull your tasks back to the border of your potential where you feel challenged but accomplished.

Always keep this thing in your mind that this is your life and you are accountable and responsible for it. Why do we succumb to laziness and negative programming? This might not be easy, and there might be stumbling blocks on the way, but it is possible. You have to keep thinking about how happy you would be after attaining victory with what you are doing and the king of motivation you are having. Just try to visualize how your life would change, if you overcome your indolence, negative thoughts, and negative programming.
