The Centre of Career Development (CCD), GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS), Greater Noida, organized an Embedded Assessment Activity Darpan 2.0 on September 11, 2021 for the students of PGDM II year. The industry experts for the event were Mr. Debaprasad Ray, Manager, VEST Inc. (Virtual Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd.), and Mr. Umesh Chaudhary- Head HR, Jaina India Pvt. Ltd.
The activity intended to prep-up students through the firsthand industry feedback right from horse’s mouth. These industry experts interviewed all the students of PGDM II year on the basis of their specific specializations to see their calibre and to check whether the students had enough knowledge about their specific domains and basic concepts of management.
The comprehensive feedback shared by Mr. Umesh Chaudhary and Mr. Debaprasad Ray was immense. The inputs shared by them served as a ready reckoner for the Managers to-be of GIMS, Greater Noida. This activity was yet another attempt to polish the skills of our Millennials and will surely prove its worth in the coming Campus Drives.
