Resources at disposal: After BBA students choose to pursue MBA degree because of above reasons but at the same time, some might argue about better prospects of learning “on the job” so they prefer to join a company after BBA and then learn as they grow, but there are basically two arguments against this approach. First, If learning is your goal then MBA proposes a better chance at it, as you will be solely working towards gaining knowledge that too with best support available in terms of faculties, libraries and exposure. Secondly, if your motto is to gain practical knowledge as working environment provides you exactly that, then also MBA programs have provision for that as well. Most MBA programs have provision for Internships & Project works. And you can also take part in National Management Olympiad like competitions which is organised by FIE, this kind of competition gives you exposure to learn about practical aspect of corporate life. Pursuing MBA is dependent of several factors including but not limited to financial condition, enthusiasm towards learning and personal goals. But we can say that if someone have situation to pursue MBA after BBA he/she must do it as it will bring them addition benefits in their corporate life.
