GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies proudly marked the successful conclusion of Day 1 of its Orientation Program ‘Arabdha’ on 12th September 2024. This momentous occasion signifies the beginning of an enriching academic journey for the newly admitted students of BBA, BCA, B.Sc. (CS), and B.Com programs.
The day began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the light of knowledge, and was graced by the presence of eminent dignitaries including Chairman Dr. Rajesh Gupta, Vice Chairman Mr. Gaurav Gupta, Member Management Ms. Sapna Gupta, CEO GIMS Mr. Swadesh Kumar Singh, Member Management Mr. J.S. Rawal, Mr. Anurag Muskan, Ms. Smita Pandey Mishra, Mr. Dinesh Singh Salathia, and several other esteemed guests. Following the ceremony, Principal Dr. Savita Mohan extended a heartfelt welcome to the incoming batch, officially inducting them into the GIPS family.
The day featured an inspiring lineup of guest speakers who shared their experiences and wisdom to guide the students on their new journey:
Mr. Avadh Pratap Ojha, motivational speaker and UPSC mentor, offered valuable insights into achieving success and pursuing one’s passion with purpose.
Mrs. Preeti Yadav, Additional DCP (Cyber Crime), spoke on ‘Strategies to Develop Leadership Skills’, underlining the importance of accountability, continuous learning, and awareness about cybercrime.
Mrs. Shivani Sharma Singh, National Head – Government Projects, LG Electronics, encouraged students to embrace innovation and adaptability as key drivers of career success.
Mrs. Saumya Singh, ACP, Mahila Suraksha, empowered students with her motivational address, leaving the audience inspired and ready to overcome new challenges.
Ms. Cheenu Tyagi, Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank, candidly shared her corporate journey and the resilience required to navigate professional challenges.
Mr. Rana Yashwant, Editor-in-Chief, India News, captivated the audience with stories of vision, persistence, and hard work, urging students to lead with purpose.
These interactive and motivational sessions immersed the students in the vibrant academic and cultural ethos of GIPS. As we move forward, we eagerly anticipate witnessing the growth, transformation, and achievements of our new students during this exciting chapter of their lives.
