Students who are eligible if found absent in the dell campus drive will not be allowed in any of the campus drive they will consider as a placed students.

Role Overview Under direct supervision, assigned to support a customer account to learn general company operation and, develop basic understanding of customer needs, Uses existing learned knowledge to resolve problems and execute project task steps documented in a procedural manual or as communicated, Participates in work tasks and development projects designed to assess individual aptitude, skills and capabilities,Partners closely with senior team members to improve technical skills and learn/perform advanced tasks, Provides basic support for teams that design, develop and implement total system solutions for Dell customers. Reviews customer requirements and develops a basic understanding and knowledge of appropriate solutions that will integrate hardware, processes, methodologies, and software within the customer environment. Assists with documenting business requirements to design, test, deploy, or support a technical systems solution.
Role & Responsibilities
Develops solutions to complex technical problems,which may impact multiple work areas.
Probes beyond the stated situation to identify underlying issues and consider possible alternatives.
Recognizes and acts on inconsistencies in data.
Work requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment to investigate and resolve problems or situations.
Recommends and assists in the implementation of changes to policies/procedures as appropriate.
Understands the implications of actions and decisions within work area and across teams.
Resolves complex issues escalated from less-experienced team members and exceptions are usually resolved with the concurrence of a team leader supervisor.
Applies communication skills to interpret technical information or to provide technical advice/guidance.
Anticipates future needs based on past transactions. Able to accurately and effectively communicate subject-matter specific and /or technical topics to an audience unfamiliar with the nuances of the discipline
Desired candidate profile
Knows the fundamental concepts,practices and procedures related to Computer Science.
Has developed intermediate skills in computer science such as life-cycle,coding,testing, application or system configuration,maintenance and support
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues and identify the need to escalate issues to a higher level

Common skill set may include(but are not restricted to)Perl,C, C++,Java,J2EE,.Net,Oracle,SQL Server,Sybase,and other databases,RDBMS, Mainframe Languages (CICS,DB2,IMS,IDMS), AS400(RPG,CL, DB2 etc),and basic programming or scripting languages,etc.

These unique skills will help target the trainee to an area of technical specialization.
All courses (starting from Std. 10) should be full-time regular courses. Candidates from Correspondence / open schooling background are not eligible.
