1. Handling end to end recruitment cycle.
2. Handling Administrative work and business operations.
3. Undergoing Training and development Programmes.
4. Planning Strategies for Business expansion and Brand Promotion.
5. Meeting with Corporate sector and Handling Business empanelment.
6. Building Good Relations with the clients, Job seekers and relevant institution and organization.
7. Work closely with client to develop position profile (job description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
8. Use tools - portals, social media headhunting to shortlist candidates
9. Conducting telephonic & amp; personal interviews
10. Organizing interviews of candidates

Roles and Responsibilities - BDE :
1. Research and communicate information to the management about target sectors, customers and competitors.
2. Handling Business Development promotion and Marketing.
3. Set up of meetings with appropriately qualified contacts
4. Proactively communicate news and insights on prospect organizations and contacts
5. Gain and share understanding of prospect's organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures
6. Articulate to clients the benefits of the project management approach and educate them about new ideas and new ways of thinking.
7. Meet assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients.
