| Other | Additional provision for grant of Scholarship to prospective MBA students from engineering fraternity/non-MBAs who are part of EPIC: 1. Full term MBA course (2 Years) course fee shall be borne by EPIC Research (P) Ltd. 2. They would be eligible to apply for the same on successful completion of 6 months tenure after joining EPIC. 3. They shall be required to sign a bond to serve the company for at least 2 years from the date of admission to MBA. Course fee shall be forwarded to college by EPIC 4. They would be allowed exam leaves on the days of exam on furnishing their exam time table. 5. They shall ensure that their day-to-day work and productivity at EPIC not affected. |
| Service Agreement | Candidates have to sign a service agreement for 6 months at the time of joining. If she/he leaves within 6 months, she/he will have to pay a sum equals to one month salary will not be entitled to release documents from the company such as relieving letter, experience certificate etc. |
